Robin-Lee Norris is a senior partner in the national law firm of Miller Thomson LLP. She is a graduate of the University of Guelph and Osgoode Hall Law School and has been active in the Guelph community since she began her practice at Kearns McKinnon, in 1982. She taught Will and Estate Planning at the lawyers bar admission course and regularly presents talks and seminars in the area of Estate Planning to community groups. She has a special interest and passion in dealing with families who have beneficiaries who have mental health issues.

Robin-Lee is also a trained mediator and has completed training in business succession and estate planning for family businesses. She teaches accredited continuing education courses on Wills and Estate Planning to financial planners. She does regular presentations to various Agricultural Industry groups on succession planning. She also currently chairs on the Board of Trustees at the University of Guelph, is an Advisory Member on the Guelph Innovation Council and is a member of the board of the Grand River Conservation Foundation.
